Yes, the sheet generally needs to be cut as well as a blade may need to be run between the top sheet and the foam to create some separation to make it easier to turn the sheet up.

How long does it take for polystyrene to decompose. I've used this twice. Also look in the video at the polystyrene blowing all over the joint. How do you get away with the polution. Both times I've used it what a mess. It looks like it has snowed. And why don't you cut the gutter part off in the factory. It's it because of laziness or money. I will never ever use this product again. Polluters of the 21st century. Disgusting. Shamefull.
I just notice under the sheet. There's downlights, how do you run cabling for those downlights? Look like the foam sandwiched between the sheets.
Is this the same process if it’s freestanding? Would both ends be cut back? Thanks
These guys need a Milwaukee rivet gun. Iv had mine for 5 years as a stainless steel fabricator and never had any issue with 3/16 stainless rivets
How would you install Downlights in this ? Would you have to do it simultaneously with erecting the awning ?
Hi Yea, this video will show how to install the downlights into Cooldek - ruclips.net/video/wjhq4yZMo9g/видео.html
You think they would put wood stringers on the inside so you can get a place to put a screw into.
do you have to cut the sheet before bending the ends?

Good afternoon, this product can be ordered with the edges cut. This should have been specified at the time of ordering. Thank you.
This is definatley not clear enough to actually do this job. Very poor effort by Stratco.
Thank you for your feedback, we are currently looking at updating our videos.
If that wasn't clear enough you should get an installer maybe.?
