It was a beautiful day to gather sticks today so I grabbed my supplies and got to work on building my bird nest. It turned out great! Found the salad bowl set in Goodwill. I felt bad breaking the set until I noticed the big bowl had a crack! Now, on to making a couple little nests with the smaller bowls! ❤️New subscriber!

I wish I could show you since of my projects. I can't figure out how to upload pictures to share, but I have 2 grapevine baskets to refurbish. I've already painted then white & hope to attach them to a brown stained cabinet doors. I will use the D ring hooks on back of cabinets for hanging & change out the basket decor season to season. Have you ever thought of entering mixed media onto your decor?! Doilies, refurbishing potpourri & layering different types of materials, beads, ribbon, pieces of broken jewelry?! With your gift of artistic skills & vision I would love to see what you come up with.

LOVE the bird's nest, yes the bird and eggs are not to scale, LOL. But. You could get some of the small eggs. It would be very easy to scale this down using smaller bowls if you wanted. Very easy project. The use of the various kinds of moss and the faux greenery is what makes it look so realistic. Thanks for sharing.
