You're not alone at all! I take pills to help me sleep! I was insomniac for years! Before the days of mobile phones and social media I used to watch the shopping channels! Boy oh boy did I end up buying some crap!!
But I agree, long videos are a lifesaver! I love how many Asmrtists there are on Instagram but you just cant beat youtube for content to help you sleep!
I loved every second of this video esp the many rinses!! Xxx

Wow 🤩 I love that detergent and the squeezes. I like how you played with the detergent with your hands after you poured the whole bottle.
I also have trouble sleeping at night. I just squeeze and exhaust myself to get sleep. As you know, these videos can take about an hour or more to do then there’s editing ... so all that makes me tired 💤
