If anyone sees this and has had the experience: Last week I was very emotionally low. I was sleeping and woke up around 3:20am. I woke up during a dream that a dark figure was sneaking up on me (from the front, in my dream I was pretend to be asleep in a bathtub) and finally reached me and held me with one hand and with the other took two fingers and poked me hard on my side under my ribs. It hurt and was very uncomfortable. I woke up and could still feel it. I got up and surrounded my bed with salt and burned palo santo. I prayed for protection and used a heating pad. I haven’t experienced it again since.
