while changing channels, i saw sandy daza's footprints episode on myanmar dishes. i remembered the noodle soups that my former boss ashok nath (world executive's digest) cooked for us. loved mohinga and khao swe. i haven't had these noodle soups for more than 30 years.

Sandy, you are hilarious and you critic the foods and
    relate it to our Filipino
    foods. Makes it mas
kay sarap pa. That last stop Gekko was
    relatable... yum!

You've been my favorite chef ever since. And i watched your cooking show with my daughter, when she was a still a toddler n she still remembers your favorite phrase..."halu lang ng halo". Natatawa ko sayo na conscious k sa kahihipo ng guide mo sa mga food n she's trying to introduce sa iyo, ano? hehehe!! But still, you were so polite as ever.

Kung di ako nagkakamali ang pronounciation yata ng bansa nila ay mabilis at wala o silent "r" (Myanma).
