Dany's memory is incredible, I've seen them 16 times. she's traveled Europe, South America and Japan. Yet when I see her at the meet and greet Dany says, " Hi Mike" I'm like that's crazy. The next guy in line is Strong Dad, he has reaction channel, she says "hey John". you cant help but love her. I love Ale too, she always laughs at my dad jokes.
That's so cool. I mean, they've always done so so well connecting with their fans but I think it should still keep feeling surprising. Also, Hi Mike.
Pau composed this song after being inspired by a scene from the Disney movie, Rataoullie where a couple are having a violent argument but then they embrace and kiss.

My favorite song by The Warning. I've been a fan for just shy of six years, and "Amour" became my favorite the first time I heard it. It has everything I want in a rock song.

I watched an interview with Ale and she said that the song Amour was the most difficult for both her bass parts and in general for all members of the group in terms of performance.
You are not the first person to start to lose it when Dany sings the French bit in this song...
yes there is always something new and often surprising but the sound is always recognisable as The Warning. They don't play music, they are music, it oozes from every pore. Listening is an experience. Dany's voice has matured and developed. Her voice is now an instrument and she uses it to full advantage as she discovers and learns new ways to convey the subtleties and nuances of her voice. These young ladies are fast learners and brilliant musicians and being so young, will continue to develop their skills. The growth in the past year has been huge. This is music to die for. This song was inspired by a short clip in the movie "Ratatouille" where two couple are arguing then suddenly stop and make up.
I like the subtle guitar work by Dany when she lets the guitar chord go and it distorts for long time. And the quick bass notes Ale plays before the second verse, just before "Don't you think it's too easy ... "

You'd have to listen to each song A LOT to really catch everything that's going on, there's just so much between the lead vocals, harmonies, and each instrument that a first time listen just isn't enough.
Dany's lung capacity and vocal control on the outro looks effortless, same with Dust to Dust and Wildfire.

Glad to see the ladies (and especially Dany in this instance) can still hit you hard, despite all the exposure you've had to them. Personally, I'm almost always viscerally impacted watching them. There's something... let's call it purity of intent that radiates from all of them live. Gives me goosebumps.
