Its same process.. you get annex again… and you go to townhall again to get new single permit(RP)

You have to apply for new permit in any case. But y do you want that
With family reunification card you can anyways work in belgium without any issue

no you can just ask your current employer to file that. once new one is approved you will be automatically moved to single permit
