Epstein outs Gleason score: 3/3: Evidence Epstein works?

Gleason score can be misleading to patients. It is being replaced. Epstein grade groups will replace it.
These scores can affect the treatment - surgery, radiation or hormone therapy - that a doctor recommends. Jim (of JimJimJimJim.com) is not a doctor, but a man with a high Gleason score (now the highest Epstein grade group - 5).
Video 1 will explain how Gleason score has been changed to fix problems with Gleason grades in the past few years (2005-2014).
Video 2 will explain the problem with Gleason score, and detail the Epstein grade groups that are replacing it.
Video 3 (this video) will look at the evidence that Epstein grade groups do clearly identify the risk of aggressiveness of prostate cancer.
Both Gleason score and Epstein grade groups are being used now during the changeover. Later, however, only Epstein grade groups will be used.
