What kind of adaptive accessories do you use? 🤔 Handi Accessories (10% DISCOUNT CODE: MASON 10) - handiaccessories.com/ 📝 Grasping Cuffs - Handi Accessories Review - livingablebodied.com/grasping-cuffs-handi-accessories/
Yes, you do. I would like to try out a Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) machine because that would help my muscles in more aspects than lifting weights, especially my legs
@@masonx54 correct. You don't necessarily have to flex or use the muscle. And of course, you can't control the muscle if it's below the point of injury anyway. All you have to do is simulate it with an electric shock and it'll prevent atrophy. Leg spasms also do the trick. Even though they're painful, some quads will intentionally permit or even intensify their spasms cuz of the anti-atrophic benefits. There's some RUclipsrs such as Craig collie (I think that's his name) who have very thick beefy legs from all the spasms

That's what I was wondering. The material of the HandiAccessories Grasping Cuffs seems more firm than the Active Hands Gripping Aids and the strap is a lot longer so you don't have to thread it through, which makes it easier to put on the second weight. Thank you for watching and commenting!

As a quad, you gotta do whatever it takes to give your muscles a good workout cuz you're gonna be especially prone to muscle atrophy

@@uberdriver8743 Yeah, muscle spasms are beneficial so it's important not to completely eliminate them.
Hey Mason? I'm a quad with no hand or wrist movement. Was it hard going back to school?
