They asked him 3 times before they finally had to arrest him, since you have to be in fear for your life to justify using lethal force.

The level of genius of a comedian you have to be to draw in both political ideologies as an audience and for one side of the audience to be constantly made as a joke and for that audience to still think your funny and to think that you still politically align with that audience is fkn insane levels of silver tongue. Yes because when an "unarmed" person attacks a person with a gun it can change realy fast to "armed". And thats when you defend such shootings. Or when its dark and an "unarmed" person dosent follow your orders and puts his hands in his Pockets, you have less then 1 second to decide if he pulls out a gun and kills or if he pulls out his phone. Thats also a scenario where you can defend it. Its not always that easy, only because the person was unarmed the moment he got shot.
