Love to hear it. Having seen the new P9/P9Pro _screens_ at Best Buy, I'm impressed. Decided to keep my P8 another year. Waiting for an efficient, TSMC-powered P10.
You're entitled to that opinion, and I don't necessarily think it's wrong to believe that year over year the upgrades are minimal. However, I DO believe that the 8 to 9 series is one of the most solid steps Pixel phones have taken in a while 🙏
@@_WF23 better screen, processor, battery life, finger print sensor, cameras, AI, and most of all the smaller form factor with pro specs was all worth it to me
I agree w/ G postponing the roll out of Android 15. Software is ready when it's ready & releases should not be rushed nor arbitrary. Still hate shiny rails on the _Pro_ phones.
Yep, this has been one of the most solid releases from Google in a while, and I think that's in part due to it releasing with a proven stable OS. I honestly don't mind the side rails either way. The glossy side rails kinda makes it easier to grip imo but it is ultimately down to personal preference 🙏
@@BrandanFischer At the end of the day, it just comes down to physics. The smaller the phone, the less output you’re going to get with the audio, no matter if it’s pro or not. It’s like that with the iPhones. The smaller iPhone Pro doesn’t sound as good as a Pro Max.
@@eddiemunoz3677 Honestly the speakers on the smaller 9 Pro aren't bad whatsoever, just not a super deep bass which is fine for 90% of usage. Just listening to music could be better but I use my pair of Pixel Buds for that most of the time 🤣
The phone is so well-built, but dude-but what is that placement of the selfie camera? It doesnt align with the symbols of the bar at all wtf, that would rlly trigger me
It is a lil lower than normal, but I honestly do not notice in daily usage. Nothing to be too peeved about, and I'd take it over a notch any day of the week 🤣
Personally I just don't really like Samsung's software so I'd probably have to go for the Pixel. I also only paid $400 out of pocket due to the trade in promo 🤑
@@davidbrown6137 I would guess the used market. I don't anticipate the 9 series Pixel phones will stay expensive for very long so that's an option too if you don't mind waiting
@@shameeshazil9696 I was thinking about it but there'd be no need to grab it for the smaller Pro. I still have the old 30W charger and that maxes out the smaller 9 Pro's charging speed
I'm wondering if it's due to the smaller size. Regardless, I don't think they're bad at all, just a bit louder and not as full but some people might prefer that 👍
Ive been using this phone for 3 weeks from an iPhone 14 pro max. I absolutely love it
I am coming form 8 Pro and now on 9 Pro XL and i love it. I would never go back❤
Just curious, why did you decide to switch within an year?
@@KhushwinderSingh-kx2jd lol I do this every year because I love to use and test new features 😍😍 I am a nerd when it comes to smartphones.

My bad
Upgraded from the Pixel 8 to the 9 pro and its been great! Battery and selfie cam are crazy good.
Yes, it's been quite an awesome phone! 😎

Nice crisp clear video 👍👍👍 and very informative.
Thank you very much! I've been trying to improve my video quality and I definitely think I'm getting there. I can always do better though! 🙏
W review! Let's go!!!
Ayyyy 😎
The speakers always sound crap on the smaller models compared to the large ones. The XL model sounds great.
Good to hear, although it's still worth noting that this is the first smaller Pro model they've done so I'm not really sure what I was expecting 🤣

Yes, it is!
Which color do u think is better between white n grey?

It’s too iPhone now. I want a curve. Bit this. The display is better than Apple

iPhoneesque?
Esque is actually correct yeah, basically just means in a similar vein or drawing similarities 🤓
