The restaurant, The Big Chicken, (I don’t know it’s actual name, but everyone calls it The Big Chicken because of the big chicken statue out front.) They are very famous throughout Phuket and even in Bangkok people know of it. Jump into any tuktuk or taxi ANYWHERE on Koh Phuket and just say the “big chicken” and they will know exactly what and where. They have a fabulous soft tofu in tamarind sauce, can you make that? Share the recipe?
