After clicking the function that suit your cooking, you can now +- the setting. Let's say you cooking meat, you click meat on the display screen and the timer is always set, from there you can +-.

Sorry, so me haven't experienced any problem of food not cooking. Kindly make sure you choose the correct function and cook under High pressure.

@@lisettegecokabisa9429 the timer is already set as per good you make. If you press meat, the timer is already there. To cook food under high temperature you click taste.
