  • Training for my sprint triathlon has NOT been going as planned. Between figuring out a new schedule as a mom, balancing postpartum recovery, and finding time for myself has been a struggle.
    I went a little too hard at the beginning and pushed myself a bit too hard but am now struggling with finding that momentum again.
