- In San Francisco, when it rains it pours... for the entire day of racing. Round Two went underway here in the Bay, and it was definitely a fight to make it through all of the races. From a bike issue as they lined up at the gate, to surviving the grueling motos after a dead-last start- San Francisco was a race to remember!

To go from basically last to 14th with no goggles in these conditions was gnarly. One heck of a race.
Horrible conditions. Of course we had no clue about the bike scare. That crash off the start was brutal. Way to battle through and PERSEVERE!

Oh all that supercross training for that! Sure not great when its wet! I live where its wet, I'm well used to looking like that after racing! Two great gate drops, shame second one ended in the mud... as I write you have now done San Diego... not great for you again! Wishing you all the best and great to see the vlogs... even though the outcome was not what you would want! All the best... onwards and up! Will be more about when East Coast starts... Know something not right with Deegs even though little to no news out there! Hope Duffy is doing good... I personally see nothing on that! Keep smiling and keep up the good stuff... Here's the History of Grand Prix Cycles:: in c.1969 Ian McLaughlin and ? Bullwinkle owned it, located on El Camino and Lawrence Expwy. They sold Ducati's. But Davis Motors (boy, that guy was something....) had the franchise for the area so Ian etc also went over to the Fremont area. In 1970 me and 2 friends bought 3 Kawasaki 350 A7ss thru Ian who purchased them from Dan Gurney/ American Eagle. Gurney tried to market Kawasaki and Laverda under the AE name. Failed immediatly. So we got 3 "American Eagles" for $350 each. What else? Ian raced Ducati Singles a bit. In c. 1972 ish whomever owns Grand Prix name had a place where GPC is now. He made an offer for the name and Grand Prix Cycles name moved about 1/4 mile to its now location. And Ian and Bullwinkle? I lost track of them then.....
