Oregon could’ve put up 56 if they wanted too. Stay healthy, save the playbook for when you need it. We don’t need style points, make it through the schedule unscathed.
You’ve gotta think some of these other TE recruits they’re going after rn have to be somewhat intrigued with how Oregon uses the TE in their offense. Linkon Cure, Brock Harris, Kendre Harrison, etc.
It's all about depth. Every team has key injuries, like Dave Iuli, Bedford on the OL, and Burch on the DL, Flowers at DB, now our starting TE, T Ferg with an appendectomy...And we should be glad they are using Noah to spare JJ from injury. Run Gabe judiciously only when the opponent least expects it. The season and playoffs, if a team makes it, means that quality depth is the key to success.
Seeing what Oregon does with Kenyon Saddiq, imagine what they could do with MT3. I know all I’ve heard is that he is a Texas silent commit, but having watched Saddiq go wild with TFerg out, I really hope behind the scenes MT3 is getting the full court press
I think they hit their stride as far as offensive playcalling in this game. Alot of sweeps and outside runs. Definitely incorporated more speed into the offense this game. The 2nd half it seems like the players saw the scoreboard and made business decisions.
I think Coach Lanning respects the opposing coaches and doesn’t feel the need to embarrass the other team by running up the score. When the game isn’t on the line, they can cruise to a win. When they need to play all 4 quarters, they will. I trust our coaches to have our team ready for every game.
When Oregon only scores 3 points in the last 5 games, there is an issue with the offense coming out after half time. Why bother putting in your second stringers if they are not going to get beneficial reps.
there is not an issue they’ve just been blowing every team out with ohio state being the only exception. there is no logical reason to keep the starters going full throttle when up 30 at the half. the backups also literally got the definition of beneficial reps against a top 20 team in the country so you clearly have no idea what you’re talking about🤦🏽♂️
@@micahhhhh1 the starters were in all third quarter. What are you talking about? 3 points total in the third quarter the last 5 games has nothing to do with back ups. They are not even in yet.
@@dariusp257 wrong. first off illinois had the ball over 10 minutes in the 3rd quarter. second off jayden limar carried the ball on oregons first drive of the 3rd quarter. he is the third string running back. noah whittington was the primary back for the rest of the quarter and is the second string back. so in the 4 minutes of offense that oregon played in the 3rd quarter, 3 of the 6 oregon running plays were by non starters. not to mention patrick herbert had a catch and is not the starting tight end. justius lowe is not the starting slot receiver. even our backup PUNTER got in the game in the 3rd quarter. so please know what you’re talking about before making a fool of yourself publicly

Agree! Some people might be mad or read too much into the second half, but I think Oregon played it smart.

Who is MTS?
@@Jeff-g7m MT3 is my shorthand for Michea Terry III, the highest rated high school athlete in the nation. He can play WR, HB, or TE

One says the new uniforms are ice...the other says on fire. Icyhot ❄ 🔥
I want to see Oregon run the statue of liberty. At Michigan is the perfect place to run it . Plus u had Dixon and Stewart reveal the newest unis
