Great episode! given the guest cast of this original "HAWAII FIVE O" segment,"Once Upon A Time"-Pts 1 &2,circa 1968-1969,where Steve McGarrett flies to Los Angeles to aide his sister, who was the victim of a scam,pulled-off by a"quack" doctor, played by guest star Joanne Linville (the Romulan female commander from "The Enterprise Incident" on "STAR TREK" in 1968) the amazing resolve of McGarrett to find info on "Dr Freemont" in this LA library, was a classic scene, indeed! Victoria Hale's late 60s outfit was,in those terminology terms,"GROOVY!' but nonetheless, this was an outstanding episode of the show's first season. the other guest star of this episode, was the late Nancy Malone,a former actress, turned studio vice president for Twentieth Century Fox Television in the late 70s,and later became a producer for Universal Television's "THE BIONIC WOMAN" series in early 1976, Nancy Malone is best remembered from the classic ABC series,"THE NAKED CITY" in the late 50s,who played "Libby",the girlfriend of the cop, played by the series' regular Paul Burke. in 1965,Malone was also a series regular on ABC's "THE LONG HOT SUMMER" series, which was produced by Twentieth Century Fox TV,but she is best remembered as the guest star of the "Fun and Games" episode, along with Nick Adams, from ABC's "THE OUTER LIMITS" in 1964. an extremely gifted actress, and a true talent, indeed!
Thoroughly professional, avoids mixing business with pleasure...yet with a positive magnetism that comes through even just looking through piles of records.
If only Vickie Kochler knew that she got a kiss from a good-looking man who is not only the chief of the Hawaii State Police but also a reservist in the United States Navy. Too bad she didn't get to see him again after the kiss she got from him to show her his appreciation for him helping out on a case that took him to Los Angeles without anyone on his team to help him because he felt he needed to do it personally.
In today's world, McGarrett would have been slapped with a sexual harassment suit. Then again, television "art" is both a reflection and driver of pop culture behaviors. What he did was acceptable and accepted in the 1960s and 1970s, just like wearing a blue suit with a tie in Hawaii was acceptable and accepted back in the 1960s and 70s.
That should be said about a Degrassi episode from 2003 when Craig Manning attending his physically abusive father's funeral and if that episode were aired in today's world the Craig Manning character would not be at the funeral to get even with his father because in 1973 Brian and Dennis Wilson of the Beach Boys missed their father Murry's funeral because of the physical abuse issue O.K!!!!!

1:01 "not to make a bad pun, but we don't give any (__?__) points " -- I can't make out what words she says after that. (Maybe I have too much hair in my ears? : ) There are no captions (sub-titles) for this video, either.
The point is not not-wanting to meet somebody. The point is that I have been victim of a terrible criminal situation from day 1 since this set up started. And what did I do? I simply said what was on my mind. Any justice system in place would identify that this situation is absolutely against the law because it violates the person's MOST BASIC civil and human rights. Would I want to continue my life living like someone's slave? Of course not! Put yourself in my place, would you want to be imprisoned by someone and have your life threatened daily because you are just not supposed to make your own decisions? I am not saying that it would necessarily be like this if I met you but it could... It is a scary situation, you have to admit it! I have been dealing with dangerous people in this environment and I don't have any 'official' protection. (I do have protection ...but of another kind.) Yes, I would love to meet you to get to know you! The question is, are you able to be a normal guy and just be curious and accepting of what life brings? Some of you are so used to use your power to impose things your way and that is definitely intimidating for anyone. Can you be a normal guy like you were in your 20's or 30's maybe... before your initiation to the dangerous world, or no? I don't want the world of crime for me. Yes or no?
ruclips.net/video/mFByqjwom2A/видео.html @19s, well-framed, with Victoria in the background and Jack in the fore-ground Then, at 0:21, a close-up shot of her. I have only seen this excerpt, and not the entire episode. Is this the first time that Vickie's character has seen Jack? If so, then she's only seen his back and not his face. Or, maybe I'm wrong about that. (I'm probably putting more thought into this than the screen-writer(s) did!) @ 25s She's _determined_ -- a tigress on-the-prowl. Watch out! Before that, around 0m58s, she says "Thank You." What, exactly is she thanking him for? (Looking at her and smiling?)
Between 2:20 and 2:24 Jack hands her something and then she places it between the pages of the book that she's paging through.
2:08 he takes another glance at her. 2:14 he kinda smiles to himself ? (What, exactly, is he supposed to be thinking at that moment in this scene)?
At 2:34 does Jack _bat_ his eye-lashes ?

Uh-oh - a "Me-Too" incident, passed off as a flirtation.
Feb. 20th, 1969. Get her McGarrett
The day before my 12th birthday. Loved McGarrett.
try kissing a complete stranger like that, in todays world--- just wait for the ramifications to pour in.
Be careful!! If McGarrett gets to like you to much, you're doomed!
Just google it steeve. Lol
Uhhhh.
Harrassment by McGarrett:)
Dummy investigator get the log in at the desk then find the computer terminal .
