Hard racing lol McDowell knew what he was doing was sliding up to stop wingers run like he was doing on front stretch but winger was there this time and didn't lift!!!!!😢 I feel bad for winger
I'm a retired pro driver now but you would be surprised how much a ture racing fan knows. And then there is the simple fact of what you see with your own eyes. I understand your were just trying to be a smart azz but I got to say you just sounded like an azz. Grow up a little.
McDowell doing the Cha Cha slide as per usual when he's out front. I used to pull for he and his brother but that was 💯 caused by 17b driving the car into another car that was VERY next to him. If the 17b wanted to stay lower he would have got a better drive as per the last lap.
Winger gets wrecked by more drivers than anyone; Tyler Erb did it last year and got sent to the rear. That wreck was McDowell's making, he knew what Ashton was going to do. Any top driver would have went to the top to make the pass as they were approaching lapped traffic.
Seems there’s a common denominator and it’s not the other drivers… if one driver is always involved maybe that says a little something about that driver
Dale pitched the high side run 4 laps in a row. Yall say ashton should have been more patient but honestly he got waited. If you watch closely dale knew aston was there cause the lap before he-slid from middle high in the middle of the straight away and ran his quarter across astons whole nose piece. All im saying is pick a dang lane and stay in it.
I don't think McDowell knew Winger was going try to fit in that gap. If you look closely , McDowell's helmet is focused straight ahead, in fact it appears he is pulling a tear off or wiping at his shield just before moment of impact. Just too early for that type of desperation move with 30 to go.
@@jimmieroan9881 so yeah he passed him in lapped traffic and hit him twice. My point is he kept his line outside after letting him know he was there and obviously faster.
Thats a shame, 17 souldve gave him room. Winger rubbed him a few times mcdowel knew he was there. You know when they are out there you can hear them. If it was pierce he wouldve turned him a lap or 2 before. Winger might be aggressive and a little wild but he didn't deserve that. He was racing McDowell rather clean.....
Well Winger is still the most checkers or wreckers guy in Super Late Model racing. Could have been more give or less take on both parts, but nobody is getting paid to let a faster car by either.
you must have seen him race that way for a while now, some of these comments sound like they didn't see him hit him a couple times before he wrecked him.
you must not watch much racing, as far back as i remember the leader has the track, years ago the old gentleman's agreement was if you get your nose to the drivers door he would give you room, but at these speeds and the way the cars take a set in the turns i don't see anyway mcdowell could have avoided the contact, hes looking ahead, so is winger and he was looking at mcdowell. common sense says it was wingers fault.
Winger gets wrecked because he always tries to drive the car to hard once he gets passed out of anger. No worries daddy will fix his pile of junk once again.
McDowell has become pretty controversial lately but according to him its never his fault , not even when he used an illegal tire. Sorry to day but all this is very common when you are getting to yhe end of your competitiveness. Purposely spinning out during time trials was just my final straw. The this.
Anyone notice there was fuckin 30 LAPS TO GO?!?! Everyone blaming McDowell?? Winger did it to himself. He’s always in the middle of controversy cuz he drives like an asshole! 🤨🙄

It's funny that he stay3d lower the lap before to block but nobody thinks the crash was blocking.
If your over 50, you have to block the outside line to stay relevent, Dennis Erb does the same thing.
Geezers do a lot of weird stuff
good to see so many pro drivers giving their feedback in the comment section...

Lol
Could’ve been avoided by winger with a little more patience, but I guess it was McDowells fault.
I’m guessing Wingers pucker factor was at a ten on that one!
That’s on mcdowell

Not even. It was exactly 3 laps after Dale passed him. In that very spot. No.
@@KimiWallrus i guess you didn't see winger hit him a couple times before that one didn't work
@@robinhill2442 He was pulling a tear off. I forgive him.
It wasn’t Mac daddy it was wingers fault

"Winger got airborne" hence Air Force Winger
Glad to see Mac daddy ok after that cars and be replaced humans can’t
And ladies and gentlemen, that's why they call him Air Force. You'll get them next time 12

Well,that escalated rather quickly….
Racers race and winger thought he saw a gap. Will never get mad at a dude for fitting his full car in a gap
yeah except for winger had already hit him 2 or 3 times already after he passed him.
@@jimmieroan9881 When
Easy to say when your not paying for the cars he’s tearing up lol
I said dam that happend rather quick
Winger puts himself in more bad spots than almost anyone
Hammer down, that’s the demonstration of you going to lift?
Brake pedal is in the middle
Damn..... YEEYEE
That could have been bad !
He should have known that winger was outside and 100 mph faster.
really, looked to me like he passed him pretty good before then winger ran into him at least twice before he wrecked him.

Yes, he did he was driving like a hack
Vggj😢
Impatient Winger with another rookie move.

@@jimmieroan9881 Yeah. Winger has a reputation. Also he's gotten thrown in jail for throwing hands with other drivers over who wrecked who.
Cooler heads will previl. Ashton wanted to prove a point. Sometimes, you gotta lift.
Lift to race another lap
Or, ya know, McDowell could drive as if he’s not the only car on the track.
Are you restarted?
Dale was a sitting duck when lap cars took the track away. Ashton was faster.
It's a good thing I'm not winger all I can say
Bvvhj
100 percent McDowell fault 100 percent he kept running high he knew if he let him buy he probably would not catch him
McDowell was running the line he ran the lap before, winger tried to fit his car in the gap that was closing and it closed on him

Ole winger trying to win a 60 lap race on lap 30 smh
No driver in McDowells position would check up for the lap car in his line. Winger should have seen it coming and lifted like the lap before.
Seriously??? I could understand if they weren’t door to door but this? Come on man
lol. Winger was completely alongside McDowell. McDowell pulled a clown move.
That's why it's called racing baby lol give em room my ass

Winger and Erb are the two biggest idiots in late model racing
Agreed bro! 💯
Winger ran over McDowell plain as day.
But it was night, so you must be blind. I'm by no means a Winger fan, but that was completely McDowell's fault.

He was basically door to door with McDowell how is that boneheaded on his part?
That was hard racing.
Winger involved, enough said
What a dumb comment
@@evanswetnam4731 because he took them both out. Could have got him the next lap.
