Just a tip gang. If your destination requires that you have valid entry visa or whatever, SA require that you check-in at a desk not at a kiosk. They want to check that you have the right paperwork (Like for example, Vietnam's visa on arrival that isn't actually a visa on arrival). The smile that breaks out from the ground staff out when all your paperwork is tickety-boo is worth all the extra hassle that this involves. The alternative is being rejected at your port of entry and sent back at SA's expense . Neither you nor SA will be happy with such an outcome. Pity the SQ Business class beds are so terrible. Everything else about SQ is A1!

Service in the smaller biz class cabin on the A350 always seems a little lack lustre imo
