Omg, this seemed to beautiful. My bf and might actually do something like this next year. I just feel there is not much to do besides swim in ocean. Hmmm....anyways, congratulations on your engagement. So happy for you both. Keep making these types of memories your whole life. 😀

Hello & thanks! That was my sister and her finance :) Exuma is certainly a desolate jewel of the Bahamas. You’re right on your assumptions there’s not much to do in Exuma beyond swimming and enjoying the beautiful beaches but…that said…the beaches were so desolate, the water a stunning aqua blue everywhere you looked for miles, every beach on the island was surprisingly uniquely different, there’s just nothing quite like it. The atmosphere is profoundly relaxed and it’s just a lovely place. I will add that there were some touristy things to do…like go on a boat ride to see the famous Bahamas swimming pigs but we opted not to do that. The options are limited BUT there are some activities beyond just beach hopping. :)

Hi! I stayed here Jan 29 for a week, just after you did! Im pretty sure we used some of the salad dressing you left in the fridge! Nice to see the water was calm in your vids - it was SO WINDY out week we could barely get in the water!

Nice! I want to return to Exuma next year, I absolutely LOVED IT!! What was the name of the beach house rental you stayed at please? Last time we were there, we were at Hideaways by Jolly Hall beach. I'm glad you made it to Tropic of Cancer Beach & Coco Plum beach, those were our favorite. We went at low tide at CPB, and the sandbar exposed TONS of sand dollars! I had to start collecting them in my bathing suit top, there were too many to hold! Was the swing still in the water? It was pretty raggedy when we were there.

Our beach house was called "Paradise Found", located in Georgetown. Tropic of Cancer was so beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn't see any swings at Coco Plum, so I'm guessing they're no longer there.

Wait! You didn’t see the sea turtles at Hoopers Bay?

@@AndrèaHogan-n1b NO! We went like 3 times and found nothing. We had heard there was a shark in the area at the time that had cleared a lot of the population. :(
