  • Instructions:
    1) Setup: Place a mini resistance band around your wrists.
    2) Positioning: Begin in a high plank position with your hands under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to heels.
    3) Perform the Walk: Move one hand to the side, then return. Repeat with the other hand and continue alternating hands side to side.
    Aim to keep the hips as still as possible throughout.
