Hard disagree for myself. I main Jack-o and HC is my secondary and I feel their inputs aren’t that hard after a few days. But I could not figure out Zato when I tried to pick him up. Negative edge after every attack just broke my brain. I do wonder if part of it is that I play pad which makes the idea of holding buttons a nightmare.

I'd say high or upper mid tier. Her buffs helped her a lot and significantly reduced her bad MUs like Ram and Nago.
