The way you feel about Vanilla is how I feel about Japanese Cherry Blossom, love Spell, Patchouli, and all VS scents lol Can you please do a video showing how you keep track of the samples you send in Shopify? I'll be building my starter website in a few weeks and I plan to send tea light samples periodically.
Oh VS and BBW have ruined me. Although I do love being a hippie with my patchouli! Honestly, I'm not keeping very good track at this point, I'm just making a note of who I am sending to as I'm knee deep in implementing some other changes that are testing my brain space. BUT, when and If I come up with something good, I will make a video. Until then, I add it to the order notes.

@@UpsideGoodsCo I suppose I am super lucky to live within an hour of my supplier. Shipping costs are INSANE!! I changed my wax to what my local shop had available just to avoid shipping costs.. Wish there were more suppliers in the US for all things candle making! 🤞 for the future!
I agree on the shipping from Canada.It is very fast compared to some others.

How do you record that note on Shopify? The sample scent you sent to the customer to see if there is a return?
When a customer orders, there is a notes section on the top right of the screen so I leave a note there on the scent I sent
Have you searched for local candle wax supply shops? Even if you have to drive an hour or 2?
Yep! I live in the desert in no mans land so there is nothing near me. The closest is Austin (porter) or Candlescience in NV.
