And even on the presentation they say that the wont be used by bmw untill 2017 or something like that, and that the laser technology is going to be first used by audi even though they developed them.

Your system is based on Matrix technology which can protect the oncoming car from glaring. But if the oncoming car has not this type of system and have the highbeam on, you will be glared. Glare from the highbeam is the most common cause of darkness accidents. You are not solving the real problem, to protect both drivers in all situations.
