When he first walks in, the publicist is telling them all that there can only be 2 questions. She's cutting off the interview because of time, not so much because of privacy.
Nope - as someone in the industry I can tell you that she means two minutes, not two questions. No publicist would pull an interviewee out of their chair for time constraints under any time circumstance

@@chouter21well Robert and Kristen have always been pretty hush hush about their relationship. Robert also said he doesn’t share anything about his relationships with the public anymore because it makes it more complicated. I think it was more for privacy than time. Their relationship wasn’t even real.

he's looking through the gift bag in order to avoid the question, even asking, "what's bing". As an actor doing press, it's your job to appear to be 'having fun'. Many times this is the hardest part. Answering the same inane questions over and over again, with enthusiasm.
As soon as he got the question he looked up to say "get me out of this!" The poor publicist shouldn't get the flack
All publicity's good publicity and I'm sure they can keep this story going for a few more films.

Being that so many "Twilight Girls" obsess over the Edward character (which I, by the way, find disturbing) they want to hide any information about a relationship he may be in. Why? A whole lot of "Twlight Girls" would be pissed. I could even see some crying, or refusing to see the movie now...

Jesus, so many people hating on the publicist, you guys have no idea how hard her job is. Especially handling someone as famous as Rob. The premiere has a time to start, every member of the press has an interview slot, the longer they linger past their allotted time the later the screening will begin. Also yeah, they can totally stop talent from answering certain questions.
I laughed when he put the random gift givers gift on the table and most likely didn't take it with him either. lol.

Ryan just so you wont feel bad let me tell you she was doing that to EVERYONE. I was watching the live stream and other interviews and you can clearly see her in all of them. Just pushing him away and telling everyone to wrap it up and they didn't even ask that question.

Rob seems like such a nice guy, he handles himself so well and really comes across as a genuine which is more than I can say for the others. I hope he does well in his future career, he seems like a smart guy who will hopefully make smart moves movie wise. I used to really like Twilight but I have seriously been turned off it but Rob will always have my continued support.

Ryan, I think you were right to ask the question and it was done in a nice way. He could've skated around this one but instead, his publicist went crazy. Folks, Ryan wasn't asking about military secrets, drug use or closeted actors, just if something was still going on between the stars of a movie!!! Talk about ridiculous media control!!! Because the producers know the film is a hit, they can spit on the media coverage BUT when they need publicity...Kudos to Ryan for doing his job properly!
