This is one of the rare k-dramas where they show vulnerabilities in unique way and shows that "vulnerable" people are prone to attention and care, so these people can fall in love more easily to the person that care about them. The way they organically present how the main leads start as "a friend that's also suffering" to be "I might fall in love to this person" pretty rapidly is actually what sold me. This k-drama is also brave enough to show how fluctuant their relationship is, and that's normal considering their current mental states.
