Gulf War since the game is taking place during the Gulf War in the early 90s.
Black Ops V because the marketing would be way better.
To me naming it Gulf war has more meaning since it took place after the Cold War.

I wish they called Black Ops Cold War "Black Ops V/5" like it was in early development. Black Ops Cold War was never supposed to be a Black Ops game but Treyarch had to take over. CoD 2024 will be called "Call of Duty: Black Ops VI/6".
Can’t wait for this black ops 5 or gulf war. Tryarch just doesn’t miss with its games.

What if it's Call of Duty Black Ops Z. A zombies campaign (it's supposed to be open combat missions) and all remastered zombies maps.
In addition, all of BO2 is remastered for multiplayer.

Sledgehammer has allegedly pitched AW2 for the past few years now, but Activision keeps shutting that down. Because MW3 wasn't what they wanted to do, but in fact AW2.

Would just appreciate a COD that's not associated with Warzone. A stand alone game where you earn everything in-game. Wouldn't even mind a season pass like MW3 with a flow of content each month. Just not the Battle Pass bollocks.

I think it's supposed to be called Black Ops 6, NerosCinema made a video about it yesterday. Because technically Cold War was Black Ops 5! 🙂👍 Black ops Cold War was the last decent Cod game that I really enjoyed especially the multiplayer.

As for COD 2025, I believe it will be called Blacks Ops Gulf War which would fall in line after Black Ops Cold War. Just my opinion. Anyway. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to much more COD.

Call of duty games have very much lost their quality over the years. Zombies has become soulless, multiplayer has hardly any personality to it, and it overall just feels like the passion is gone.
ive had lower and lower expectations for cod for a while mainly because of the micro transactions
