Not underrated, just forgotten. They were a huge influence for Nu Metal in the 90s/early 2000s and also heavily influenced the first wave of Djent (beside Meshuggah obviously). Personally I didnt get much into them, but gonna have to give them credit. They were way ahead of their time in many regards.
Such an underrated band. Personally one of the most diverse and talented bands to ever live, more people should try and get into them as most albums all have a different sound to them.
Very awesome nik I totally agree man this track does reminds me a lot of slipknot so much because of the rhythm of the song and the vocal parts reminds me a lot of trapt band too very awesome that’s sick coolest video ever here’s the catch the band slip knot did the same location video when they first started as a band and if Corey Taylor sees this video he will go nuts man I gotta tell you the screams is a lot of slipknot theme going on very amazing metal core rock dude totally cool great reaction to that bro you rock love u 😍
I can definitely see where you get the slipknot vibe from it but if you look, something interesting is that fear factory is credited as an influence for slipknot so that's probably where you get it from.
On the real forget the video gimmick this song is anti government, FF have always sent out the message to the people. Some will get it and some won't, I hope Dino has found a worthy replacement for Bell because this guy gave it his all and will sadly be missed. Remember Fear is the mind killer.
It's not even a bad track? What new stuff can they even try at this point? They've pretty much done everything.🤷♂️ Nothing has sounded different from them since mechanize🤦♂️ You want them to make a surf album or something?😂
I know this is a couple of weeks old, I've just got around to editing it. Hope you enjoy

Fear Factory has always raised the bar very high. They have been the progenitors of influence for many bands of the 90s and 00s
Weird cos this track is really really average, if not touching the side of being bad.
Fear Factory are super underrated.

@@HS_Merciless Never forgotten!!!!!!
yeah but this song is terribly boring.
@@P0T4T054CK I disagree
Fear Factory was djent 20 years before anyone knew what it was!
THANKYOU. Those stacatto riffs and odd signatures influenced Meshuggah and that's on record.
He wasn't expecting Burton C Bell to sound like Burton C Bell? This sounds like classic FF.
Fear Factory ladies and gentlemen 🔥🔥🔥🤘
FUCCKK BAD ASS!!!!🤜👊👊👍✊🤘🤘🤘🤘😈😈😈💀💀😎😎
Love me some Fear Factory! Been blasting them since the mid 90's!
Such an underrated band. Personally one of the most diverse and talented bands to ever live, more people should try and get into them as most albums all have a different sound to them.
Fear Factory has always been "in between".
Launching bridges from a genre to another.... just always a few years to ealry for the genres )
If you like this style, listen to Powershifter from Fear Factory. It has the same vibe!
They are one of the best ever.
Obsolete is the best album from them. That's my opinion of course.
Agreed
mechanize is my personal fav
Yeah, inclined to agree. I saw them on tour for it. They opened with an extended intro for Shock. I've never been so amped🤟
Yeah, that album pretty much set the standard for FF.
That chunky industrial sound.
Legends since 1993!!!! Burton has left though :(
AAAAAHHH not ready not ready bro🤣🤣🤣

He probably won’t, but this song would be so cool covered. He doesn’t do songs like this often, which would make it even cooler. Fun twitch clip

Dino is the only original member left
I didn't even know Burton left until I saw your comment and checked...
Dino IS fear factory lol
@@Dustinchugs he wasn't on two albums

Hello
Dino is an alien
Really unfortunate comparison to mesh ooo gah, but oh well we all make giant mistakes
Meshuggah on record claiming FF influence my man
It's... Fear factory. But more djenty.
Pretty sure they were playing djent before it was called djent.
@@joshblack4291 eh, that would be meshuggah in my opinion.
Basically how most FF songs proceed: ”I did not expect that” lol. Love FF but this song was nothing new.

Awful track
Nah, it's good🥱
