All members except Soukaku uses a a blade, in Yanagi's case she only ever used it as a naginata 5. Soukaku is also the only one who doesn't wear gloves and the HSOS6 nametag 6. Yanagi and Soukaku has gray parts in their outfits (Yanagi on her sleeves and Soukaku on her hemline) 7. I feel like everyone forgetting the fact that she was the only one with a different affiliation before which is why she probably doesn’t share the same as them. I may be wrong (haven’t played Harumusa story yet) but she was Defense Force and the rest have only been HAND so MayB this is Hoyo’s way of keeping her different. Maybe she was supposed to be a Defense Force character early who knows.

Yanagi was a soldier experiment like soldier 11, if you that Pv hoyo released about miyabi you can see yanagi with soldier suit and her have visions problems as side effect, you can check it in aspergio event when you encounter yanagi temporary blind outside.
