    When I want to heat up wiz I just open the jar and put the whole jar in my sauce pot. Fill the pot half full of water and put it on the heat. This makes a double boiler and saves you the hassle of having to clean the pot afterwards.

    This is a awesome recipe...there is a big difference between Philly Cheesesteaks and Steak and Cheese Sandwich. You made a TRUE Philly cheesesteak. LOOKS FREAKING GOOD.

    Looks great. I like mine with grilled onions and jalapenos. Homemade pepper jack cheese sauce with added diced jalapenos for the win.

    Leave the bun flipped on top of the steak, slip the spatula under the steak and push it up into the bun while you flip it over. Much easier to build. 👍

    I don't know what changed, but NOW I am getting "suggestions" for your feed. I've been sub'd for years now and hit a spell without seeing any feeds, but now see your vid's. I had to purposefully search for them during that dry period. I've got a few of your products now in local stores, I tend to favor your sweeter ones.     I love making cheesesteaks! I make one with wiz and another with provalone and garlic aioli spread. I love it both ways 😅 I also use green and red peppers with my onions 😮‍💨

    You know I’m a fan because I still watch your videos on the carnivore diet. Down 67 pounds. Might cook one of the recipes on a cheat day in the future. I actually prefer the Italian beef sandwich or if we’re going Philly a Roasted pork sandwich

    Hey Kosmo! I'm lovin your channel, I've been watching for years. I love makin me some cheese steak sammies, but I refuse to use cheese whiz. I like cheese with flavor, so I use Tostitos cheese and provolone too and ranch on top. I've not had a better one yet. I know the people from Phillie are screamin right now, but I don't give a rats butt. Great video, brother. Have yourself a great weekend. 👍

    Must of watched Sam the Cooking Guy! He puts Kewpie on everything. He puts it on rolls & hamburger buns & puts them on the griddle. Yum! Try it Kos

    Side tip: In Philly, some (maybe most?) places mix (melt on the stove) 1 part milk and 3 parts cheez whiz for cheesesteaks. It makes the whiz not so salty and give it a runny texture to coat the steak more when hot. Then thickens a bit when it starts to cool off.

    And by the way wizz is Philly specific. American, Cooper , and provolone maybe mozzarella. Being from berks County pa i feel like I've seen more American cheese. Maxie's on German town and erie avenue in Philly have a cheese steak using ketchup and mayo sounds crazy but freaking awesome. By the way i would eat a cheese steak as a final meal 😋 😜

    Been doing mayo on grilled cheese for yrs. Love it! Put mayo on french bread with garlic and italian seasoning under the broiler.......the Bomb!

    Pro tip, season your steak at the end, otherwise the salt draws all the moisture out and you're left with dry steak!

    White American Cheese is also an extremely good cheese for cheesesteaks, I like and it's what they use here in Texas.
    A place locally called Texadelphia puts queso on theirs, real damn good and honestly the best way to make a cheesesteak.

    FYI onions take a long time to caramelize so you shouldn’t use butter because it burns. Oil is best.
