According to the manga, I think the 1st movie will show us zenitsu vs kaigaku and Akaza vs Giyu and Tanjiro

I think the Akaza fight will take place in the second movie. Shinobu vs Akaza will take place in the first movie. Because Giyu and Tanjiro get the news of Shinobu before they encounter Akaza. Doma vs Inosuke and Kano will either take place in the first movie, or at the beginning of the second movie. Zenetsu will definitely have his fight in movie one.

Doma's battle with kanao started when Akaza died because Doma pretended to be sad when the crows said Akaza died and that's was pissed off Kanao
We should get Shinobu's battle though
Movie 1 : Upper Moon 6 vs Zenitsu, Upper Moon 3 vs Tanjiro and Giyu, Upper Moon 2 vs Shinobu, Kanao and Inosuke
Movie 2 : Upper Moon 1 vs Muichiro, Genya, Sanemi and Gyomei
Movie 3 : Upper Moon 4 vs Obanai, Mitsuri and Yushiro, Muzan vs Demon Slayer Corps
I actually think we might see upper moons 1-4 deaths all in movie 2, with Nakimes death being towards the end.. But movie one should definitely get all the upper moon battles started & end in Kaigakus & Shinobus deaths

I feel like movie one will start with zenitsu then finish his fight and end with shinobu being absorbed. Movie 2 will start tanjiros and giyus full fight. Continue with and finish with the upper moon 2 and probably leave cliffhanged on the upper moon one fight. Just feel a making these movies is gonna cut them short honestly. Probably would have been better as episodes.
