I deal with so many issues, left shoulder pain, clicking and popping, bursitis and I get ulnar nerve pain down my arm, My right shoulder is extremely loose and feels like sometimes if I put it in the wrong position it will want to pop out, I get upper right glute pain during certain movements, and my whole left leg is extremely tight, plantar, calf tightness etc... I also have what perceives to be a sports hernia in my right groin/hip which seems to have gone away for now but my point is I went through a period of being in a very relaxed state a few months ago when I quit my job so I had a lot of free time to just relax and my anxiety was very low compared to what its normally at and all my issues were practically gone, I haven't been able to do push ups or and basically walking without pain but In that month I was doing trap bar deadlifts, squats and even did push ups which still gave me issues but not to the full extent as it normally does, I was able to walk 2 hours a day with zero discomfort anywhere, If i walk a 1-2 miles now my left shoulder will start to hurt and get inflamed but that was all gone, I truly believe my anxiety and ocd is causing my body to shut down, it can't take it anymore. I'm trying my best to work on my anxiety but it feels like a losing battle and the only thing that helps me relax is actually working out which I can't do so its like a catch 22. I wish I could tell my brain its okay and to relax but sadly it doesn't work like that.

He might have an incorrect perception of tilt and what straight is relative to his body. Due to all these visual issues. At least that was my “aha” moment when I figured it out for myself. Do you know where I can find a pri specialist in Florida? Any suggestions or recommendations?
Check the PRI website. There are some.
I think you once mentioned astigmatism and do you still use a toric lens I feel like this rt eye astigmatism i have has something to do with me falling back into a pattern repeatedly
I don't know enough about astigmatisms impact on the patterns to really comment. But astigmatisms do matter.
I guess the ribcage won't let go because of years of bad patterning. Stretch and yoga, and meditation will help over time.
Meditation won’t help
So what if you are left eye dominate?
I'm not sure it makes a big difference, if you are referring to the classic optometrist definition of eye dominance. I'm left eye dominant and my optometrist told me that we tend to prefer that eye for distance. If that is true, then the scenario I discussed may be even more pronounced.
I think a big issue is awareness. I mean...how does someone identify straight? Most of us have no idea where straight is.
He might have an incorrect perception of tilt and what straight is relative to his body. Due to all these visual issues. At least that was my “aha” moment when I figured it out for myself. Maybe try having him hold out his arms with a level and his eyes closed and then tell him to hold that level to be even. My guess would be he’s going to be 2-3 percent off.
He can't put both his arms in front of him without his back tightening up, so that wouldn't probably work.

I find it curious that this patient reducing right eye (peripheral or not) dominance through decreasing the left eye sharpness for distance whereas in your personal situation you needed your RIGHT eye reduced in sharpness to reduce the right eye dominance? hm
