Ingredients
Chicken wings
For the marinade:
1 tsp pepper (5g)
1 tsp smoke paprika (5g)
2 tsp garlic powder (10g)
1 tsp onion powder (5g)
2 tbsp lemon juice (30ml)
1/2 tsp lemon zest (2.5g)
2 tbsp mayonnaise (30ml)
2 tbsp tomato paste (30ml)
2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
1 tsp cayenne pepper (5g)
For the sauce:
8 tbsp butter, melted (120ml)
3 tbsp fresh parsley, Chopped (45g)
1 tbsp smokey paprika (15g)
1 tbsp dried parsley (15g)
1 tbsp hot honey (15ml)
Mix the marinade in a large bowl
Add the chicken and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Air fry 400°F/200°C for 20 min...
Mix your sauce ingredients in a bowl
After 15 minutes brush your wings with the sauce and continue to cook an additional 5 minutes or until internal temp of 165°F/74°C
