Esther is my teacher in violin from now on. Im just converting from guitar ... Im also luthier beginer, but i spent insanly lot of time to gain knowledge etc... to Esther, i came like a spounger, sucking in all that she does, its so easy to be motivated and notes and nature of playing to be introjected in the best posible way. I think this is the best way to learn and yes technqualities and those stories yes are important, but not to loose the soul of playing is very important, and simply to feel and play music, instead of analitics to the bone. Esther, Esther, i think this is my favoriete female name from now on :)

6:11 ... the fingering for those ricochet notes.. I've never seen anything like that. It doesn't really make sense. I feel like it only works for him. I tried it and it's not that it feels unnatural (I'm always open to new fingers and bowings)... but it's. Whatever.
What's wrong with E [bar 145], followed by fingers 2 3 1, 1 3 2, Open E....??
Articulate the sound with your right hand instead and don't fight the human body - "Maxim Vengerov". I fully agree.
