Hi there! I am the proud new owner of a PrintModa - I am trying to print some fabric - I want to print some music so I got a copy of one page and I need it to be as narrow as possible - it seems that 8.27” is about the limit. I would like to squeeze it in a bit because I am missing about 1/4” of part of the page. How would I do that? Nothing I do seems to shrink the design a little. Any suggestions?

Hi, Leamon! In Artspira, the effective height sizes are from 8.27" to 106.29". The effective width sizes are from 3.94" to 11.69". The unprintable area differs depending on the settings specified in the application. If borderless printing is enabled, this machine can print in the following areas:
      Fabric Roll: 0.12" (3 mm) Top, 0.12" (3 mm) (Left), 0.12" (3 mm) (Bottom), 0.12" (3 mm) (Right)
To specify the paper size and paper type to print on the Fabric Roll, follow these steps:
      1. Press [Settings]>[All Settings]> [General Setup] > [Tray Setting] > [Tray 2].
      2. Press [Paper Type] > [Fabric]. The paper size will automatically set to [11.69 inch Roll]/ [297 mm Roll].
You can also print from your computer for more settings. Please refer to page 14 using this link:

I understand the sublimation printer maintains itself. I never hear it doing anything. Should I?
