To answer your curiosity on most things in this episode, first of all The purple damage colors you see is your Abilities damage, its just a change that the Devs make in order to add more variety and to determine wether its your weapon's damage or your skill's damage that's dealing towards the enemies, damage numbers of weapons are White, Yellow (crit), orange (high tier crit, red (highest tier of crit), meanwhile purple is Ability damage. Second, the bar on the bottom of the crosshair when you equip noctua is the charge of Noctua's alternative fire, you press your middle mouse button to activate it and it will expend the charge (idk what button it is for the controller/console though). The bar will refill slowly but if you hit an enemy the recharge will go back faster. Third, the Overguard cap for Dante's second means that you can stack your light verse, meaning you get more overguard as you cast it again and again up to a base cap of 7,500 (The overguard cap scales with Ability Strength and per rank up of that ability). Dante’s quest was part of the 2nd or 3rd latest major theme update, so you will have quite a while before you get there. Khora exculted was a kavat tied to her third abilities to attack/defend/ heal. If you removed the ability the cat would still appear has a free companion(modded capability) If a gun has alt capabilities, you will see a second set of states below the primary information about the weapon or it will have icon right under the capacity number telling you about this special effects. Not every frame has a exculted weapon, out of 58 frames available, I think around around 12.

@ kinda, Excalibur, vykrie for example are easy enough to get has drop from readily easy bosses. Mesa is a boss drop as well, but that boss is locked behind a mission that requires a beacon you have to craft using a resource earned from invasion missions. So if you run out resources to craft the beacons while farming, then you have to wait until that reward returns.
9:46 That's the moment of realization I was looking forward to this episode lol Dante is one of a handful of frames who has what's called an Exalted Weapon, basically an ability that grants a unique weapon until you de-activate it. They can be modded in the arsenal, as you've already seen. Also like some others have said, that bar shows that Noctua's alt-fire is charged! Lots of weapons have alt-fire modes, some of them simply change a gun between semi and full auto, some do a Big Blast™, with snipers it's how you change your Zoom Level, and it's also how you perform a Melee Heavy Attack! Oh, I should also mention: fully scanning an enemy completes their codex entry and unlocks them as a test dummy in the Simulacrum, so I suggest getting a bunch of kills with Noctua!
I can imagine the thoughts for those 10 minutes "This noob is equipping/unequipping Noctua thinking that's accomplishing anything" haha. I only discovered that because I accidently left clicked while Noctua was equipped, that's the nice thing about clumsy haha Ah so it's possible for some frames to have Exalted Weapons, neat! As a heads up for Dante: He is a Frame you are supposed to be unlocked much later in the game and as such is already really strong as in he can clear up to level 60 contetnt without using any mods so if the game feels too easy when you play him you know why ^^ 1.Abilit is an excalted weapon which means you use it like an actual weapon but it is inherantly stuck to the frame and cost energy to use. The tome in this case is a secondary and also has an alt fire mode which is charged with hits on enemys and secondary ammo pickups. 2.The ability heals for 14% and doesn't give more max health and generates oveguard up to the limit (scaling with ability strength). Overguard is an aditional defence layer that makes you immune to status effects but issnt affected by damage reduction effects like armor or other abilitys. If you want an explanation for the other abilitys just ask otherwise have fun figuring it out ^^ Leveling and stuff: There is indead a difference in actual level and level after the mission due to bonus XP but in this case you just confused Dante with Noctura the weapon can level as well as the frame but the frame is the one indicating which level of abilitys you have access to. Also the level ups displayed in mission are current level and you can check the total level ab holding tab.

That unfortunately happens to many streamer, double-edged sword I would say, sometimes they don't really have time to grinding those stuffs, so maybe it made they have more chance to try out the new things, but they may or may not understand how much value was it. (I think eventually they would though) But I really felt that, when they gifting smth, I always thought why don't they just gifting entire game haha, so they don't have play at all. Their learning curve is different from ours, but as long as they learned something, I think it’s okay and most more importantly having fun, luckily the contents/mechanics and depth are way more deeper than we thought.

For frames and such, maybe after the person has already experienced the content where you acquire it and understands it. But definitely, giving some endgame stuff, which is fairly complex, at almost the very beginning? That just leads to the content creator not having the fundamentals before being thrust into the advanced stuff. Oh and dante is kind of a spoiler as well, so that makes it worse IMO. Tips of the day. Noctua is basically dantes' special weapon pressing 1 summons it to use like a gun. Overguard from dantes 2 is basically extra shields. For example you start a mission with 300 shield then use dantes 2 to get 200 overshield. That essentially means that you have 500 shield and enemies have to chew throw the overshields the the shields then health to down you. For the bounties all are multi stage missions the easiest being three stage the hardest five stage. You can tell the difficulty by the pips at the bottom of each mission card. The more pips the harder the difficulty like higher starting levels and more stages.
Interesting, I wonder what the difference is between overguard and shield. I know overguard can't regenerate, but that's also a property of the "purple shield". So many different types of defenses I just noticed the pips at the bottom, seems like the more pips, the better the rewards but the harder it is
@Dintak3 shield is shield and can be recharged. Overguard is extra shield and can be situationally stacked (basically 200 + 200 + 200 etc for as long as you have the energy and the ability allows) but not recharged. And pretty much on bounty levels.
I used to go test weapons and frames at Kadesh on Mars, it's an infested defence so is easy and the credits you get for 5 waves is pretty good :) Later on I switched to Seimeni on Ceres because the credits are a bit more, I also never needed to farm Orokin Cells or relics again :) I still often visit Seimeni.
Good idea, I've thought about doing this, but my issue is the enemies ranks and types change, so I'll see different damage numbers when using the same inputs. Ideally, I'd want the rank and enemy type to be constant
@@Dintak3 At Kadesh & Seimeni it will always be infested enemies. I use those types of missions for new frames and weapons to try out all the skills and check alt-file and synergies as the enemies are squishy and usually easy to kill. Once I know generally what the weapon/frame can do then I move on to regular stuff like fissures :)
You’ve got the right idea. With a brand new frame you have to go back to the beginning on some things and see how they are similar and what makes them distinct. Dante is a POWERHOUSE of a frame, with both offensive and defensive “spells” at his disposal. But, until you get all of his abilities unlocked you only have fractions of his power. Using his second gives you an extra shield, using his second twice and then his fourth gives you much much more. Keep up what you’re doing. Take your time, feel stuff out. Great testing on finding the Noctua is a weapon that you have to get a hit with before you get the AoE. Those are the fragments in the description you saw. Shots hit and then fragment off to other nearby enemies. There’s a lot of depth in Dante’s mechanics to explore. He puts a heavy emphasis on the Wizard aspect of the whole “Space money ninja wizard” lifestyle of a Tenno.

how long did it take you to get dante? considering he's usually a frame you would farm much later in the game. i just finished farming him a couple of days ago in steel path disruption on armatus lvl 170 guys and it took my around 3 hours to fully get enough vessel capillaries to buy all this parts. nonetheless, hes super useful in every squad and provide amazing utility as well as damage. really makes the game super easy with the amount of overguard he provides for the whole team
Bro you have a problem with understanding what you read? You literally read Noctua scans targets status chance inreased on scanned targets by 50% and you come in with the WHAT? Yes it's literally that scanned targets have 50% more chance to get hit by any status effect you do on them... 🤣😆It's not a riddle. Also how you didn't noticed that when equipping and switching off noctua there is a huge crosshair on your screen ""whät is tHiS large whÍtÄ bär" bruh... 🤯

That's why you try out starter warframes you got a late game frame as gift and they did you dirty not talknig about exalted weapons. The one excalibur frem the very starter frames has that as a sword and back in the day that had slashes and side attacks now even the blade has a crosshair so you can't chop up a ton of enemy once...
Alternate fire is middle mouse button and for melee that is a heavy attack to deal massive damage (Tho it resets you combo multiplier for melee, more combo mutiplier = more damage)

how long did it take you to get dante? considering he's usually a frame you would farm much later in the game. i just finished farming him a couple of days ago in steel path disruption on armatus lvl 170 guys and it took my around 3 hours to fully get enough vessel capillaries to buy all this parts. nonetheless, hes super useful in every squad and provide amazing utility as well as damage. really makes the game super easy with the amount of overguard he provides for the whole team

Bro you have a problem with understanding what you read? You literally read Noctua scans targets status chance inreased on scanned targets by 50% and you come in with the WHAT? Yes it's literally that scanned targets have 50% more chance to get hit by any status effect you do on them... 🤣😆It's not a riddle. Also how you didn't noticed that when equipping and switching off noctua there is a huge crosshair on your screen ""whät is tHiS large whÍtÄ bär" bruh... 🤯

@@Dintak3 Well yeah you don't know any specific weapons of course but whne you se a crosshir in game you have ideas what those do right? That's why you try out starter warframes you got a late game frame as gift and they did you dirty not talknig about exalted weapons. The one excalibur frem the very starter frames has that as a sword and back in the day that had slashes and side attacks now even the blade has a crosshair so you can't chop up a ton of enemy once...
Alternate fire is middle mouse button and for melee that is a heavy attack to deal massive damage (Tho it resets you combo multiplier for melee, more combo mutiplier = more damage)
Your melee DMG doesn't scale with combo counter anymore. That was changed a long time ago. It only makes heavy attacks do more DMG.
Oh and also a bunch of exalted and pseudo exalted melee scale with combo counter
Wow I did not know this! I'm curious how the devs expected the player to figure out that alternate fire is an attack, let alone what button to press to use it haha
