When I got born again in 2013 church was too complicated for me. The rituals etc. TL used to be aired on Family Tv here in Kenya every Sunday morning at 7am. I would watch it before going to church and Pastor James Merritt made the gospel so easy and palatable for me. I eventual got plugged in a good community and haven't watched him for a while. Today he came on my mind and I came here and watched this. Glad he is still doing this. God Bless you man of God

In a government leadership role, I had to be strategic in sharing the Gospel with staff. I did show John Maxwell leadership videos. I am now retired, but I will be sharing this message with some of my former staff. Because this wonderfully crafted and expertly delivered message has value in the workplace, I hope and pray that others will share your message with their coworkers.

The pastor stated we all need to - stop thinking - that -nobody - can do your job(s) as good as you can do it.
Why? Because when you die, someone or an agency will pick up where you left off and complete the task. Therefore, you need to “do what you can” to stop being overwhelmed.
Concentrate on working only on the things that “ only you” should be responsible for and then “ delegate” the rest of your tasks to qualified people.
It’s okay to monitor helpers to make sure they are getting the job done, but you should not start doing the job you just delegated just because they are not doing the job how you would do it.
Sometimes the people who you delegate tasks to - may not do things exactly how you would do it --- but if the results are great or satisfactory, let them continue to help you do the work.
If helpers are bad at performing a task, provide training or look for a new helper.
      When delegating work
      1. Give people the job they want to do - because- typically, people who like what they do will do a great job.
      2. Train people if you cannot find qualified helpers
Continue to pray for what you need………
