That's a good point. We didn't see anything either that would make us feel unsafe. Of course, we're always aware of our surroundings and usually aren't out late at night but, yes, we felt safe in Chisinau.
Its so sad that you didn't ordered traditional Moldovian food from Andys restaurant. For others visiting Moldova, please go to La Plachinta restaurant. You will get the best food in town. We tried La Plachintas breakfast, lunch and dinner and Im craving for their food as we we are back to California.
