Mango lassi is a refreshing cold Indian beverage consisting of yogurt flavoured with sweetened kesar mango pulp,This drink is a cross between a smoothie and a milk shake and is smooth, creamy, and absolutely heavenly! essentially a smoothie made with mango and yogurt. I always order one when out to eat at an Indian restaurant. They're really quite easy to make. mango lassi is a cold drink consisting of sweetened kesar mango pulp mixed with yogurt, cream, or ice cream.

Ingredients
2 cup CURD
1 number MANGO
1 to taste SUGAR
Directions
1. IN A BLENDER ADD MANGO CUT INTO SMALL CUBES BLEND THEN ADD SUGAR BLEND AGAIN.
2, NOW ADD CURD IF REQUIRED ADD MILK OR WATER BLEND AND SERVE

@acidsprinkle5950 You can use an actual blender. If you don't have this as well, then I suggest buying the mango pulp and mixing using a whisk or whatever you have that will help the ingredients mix well and give you the consistency you want.

there is an easier way to make mango lassi.
Cut mangos and put into blender.
Add yogurt.
Add milk.
Add sugar if needed.

They are good calories - except for the processed sugar. You don't need it in a Mango Lassi.
Nor do you need artificial sweeteners - too much of that and you could go loopy up top.
Nothing better than a mango lassi after meats and breads from the tandoor.
