    Thanks for the info! I subbed Bolo Buddies and have been learning a lot there as well! My sales have been ticking up, and the things I have been able to source (rather than my own items) are selling well. I'm starting to feel like I can actually do this! I really appreciate your support and encouragement, it has meant a lot to me!

    Your bins are nuts for clothes and clothing accessories. You be having better trips than I have and your paying bin prices while id be paying 19.99 for that polo Ralph Lauren sweater which is probably what your hole trip cost. I sure wish I had a bins around me. I think the best thing about bins would be when you find somthing good you know it's foreshore worth it. Instead of me flipping threw 200 peices of clothes finding that polo Ralph Lauren sweater and then getting hyped up looking at the tag and sometimes depending on whos pricing it mught be 35.99

    Hello again, I do re-sell a lot of different things, However I do not sell clothing very often. I sell shoes, Hats, Hoodies, and a few concert tee's. Being a new subscriber and not into the clothing side of reselling, watching you thrift and go to bins stores ( I never go to bins myself ) you are making me second guess my approach to possibly selling clothing items. I was always under the impression that clothing is one of those categories that has a higher return rate so I have stayed away from that category. The more I watch your content the more I am thinking of possibly, and slowly picking up some items of clothing to sell and maybe even go to the bins stores. What is the best way to get into this category, and limiting the amount of returns ( that I have heard about, maybe not true overall ) that seems to be the rumor? What is the photo's, listing approach and info in descriptions that help with selling and avoiding returns? Is the listing and picture process as time consuming as I am thinking, Such as measurements, photo's, and information needed in the listings to be profitable and successful in the clothing category? I am asking you this as you seem knowledgeable and seems to be your biggest category that you sell in. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated. I have always felt intimidated about this category for the lack of knowledge and what I have heard as the most time consuming as far as reselling in the category. Keep us the great work. I know this comment was a bit long winded, but I am getting interested after watching your content. Have a great day.

    • @DadPlanet
      @DadPlanet  Год назад +1

      No way I can answer this in detail but I would worry less about returns. They are apart of the business and if you don't accept them you'll get way less interest in your listings, resulting in less sales. I don't waste my time with tons of measurements - if you glance at the clothing listings I have you'll see length/width measurements, inseam measurements, and that's about it. My listing process is not time consuming at all - it's fast and efficient. The single most important thing you can do for yourself when selling clothing is finding items that have actual interest/actual sold comparable data. Don't guess in the beginning - just because you think something is cute does not mean anyone else will. Avoid that mistake in the beginning and as you get more comfortable selling clothing you can take more risks.

    8:10 You commonly seem to come across clothing without tags and do a quick pass. I can't help but wonder if you are passing on a lululemon article of clothing as they usually are not tagged due to their tear-away tag. With all the quality clothing you find at the "bins" I would not be surprised if there wasn't some lululemon mixed in there, just sayin.
