    The problem with these videos is that one can't really appreciate how fast these folks are really moving. All three have perfect running form so it all looks just nice and easy. The reality is they are moving very very quickly!

    For those who use Kilometers:
    Minutes Per Mile -> Minutes Per Kilometers
    6:55 -> 4:17
    6:20 -> 3:57
    5:35 -> 3:28
    22 mile is 35.40 km

      Yeah. Right. I can tell exactly their pace on this video is not faster than 4:15-4:20min/km. They are not going faster.

      I can determine pace by looking at legs. Definitely not faster than 4:15min/km.

    Could ya'll at least put how many years old these workouts are in the title? It's not even in the description. It says she's a 2:27 marathoner like that's current news LOL

      Totally agree. I’m seeing this now and it looks like this was before Cragg joined Bowerman, so this is at least 5 years old probably. Seems like it’s before Huddle broke the AR in the 10k in 2016.

      It’s hilarious that you think arm movement is a way to determine how often someone runs. Some of the best runners in the world (including this woman!) have a slightly ‘awkward’ form. Even then, it’s not even as bad as you are making out, it looks like it might have something to do with her high cadence.

    Wow amazing fast. Looking st the run ivideo ts hard to see how fast they sre booking it!(At 5:15 into the video mile 21 was at a 5:36 pace.My all out 1 mile is 5:24 a few months ago and about a 6:20 pace per mile for a 5 k.race
    I am almost 60 yrs old and this is considered fast for me.. The biggest advantage of youth is that you can recover much faster on the back end of a workout and require less rest to be able to hit another big workout again.Along with excercise nutrition ,rest and recover the 3 key factors .1 exercise/2 nutrician 3 rest/sleep -recovery.If one of these 3 factors are out of balance your next run /weather easy or tempo pace wont be as good. Tweek each factor to find the right balance. If the view was on a side angle as the run past a certain point you can see how fast they are really booking it.🏃🏕️ Kalif
