I have a similar query plan (as the one at 17:30) but in the bitmap section I have an inner join condition so something like loans.foreign_key = patrons.primary_key. My question is, taking into consideration that the inner node executes first, how would the inner node know with what patrons primary keys to compare (as the first index scan it's not yet executed).
