I always spam argus by a lot and before I used to beat thamuz and Yuzhong in a 1v1 in late game. Now he can't kill all tanks/fighters everytime they bought dominance ice and the cooldown nerf which is 60 seconds is bs. Bring back the old argus😭

You should try changing your playstyle by building Haas Claw first and Berserker as second. Go for Windtalker as 3rd item and 4th being either Dragon Spear. The 5th can be whatever item you want depending on the situation. For emblem use CRIT rate, Hunter Strike (assassin emblem) and concussion blast (tank emblem)
Try being more aggressive than the enemy. Trust me if you play it right even Thamuz and Yu Zhong stand no chances against you. I killed 2 Yu Zhong and 1 Thamuz just today.
Theres no need for the 2nd skill anymore at this point since its so good at minion during ult but now that they got rid of the heal during ult on minions its basically useless unless to slow down enemies. You gotta beg the enemy heroes dont dodge your 2nd skill so you can heal/slow them down. Moonton should definitely hear their players out when making buffs/nerfs.

i think the current argus is pretty good, i used to play without boots to only managed to deal with meta fighters but now i can even delete most of them even with just 5 dmg build. He can also play as a jungler now, with retribution, dragon spear, ulti speed, i can chase down helcirt with ulti no prob. The only downside ig is his ulti no longer heal when dealing dmg to minion and s2 is kinda trash. if they could nake the extra passive from s2 based on enemies hit, it can make argus far more better in early-mir game gank

The new Argus is actually pretty good. While yes, his early game is far weaker, but spamming his passive and sticking to the turret should keep him in-pace with the enemy even if he's behind. Once he get to mid game, he's basically becoming an immortal tank in war and I don't even afraid anymore to dive in turret with his ult duration and also with his passive filling up real fast. Just use a critical build (no need for 100%) as it's the best viable build for his revamp.

Argus buff is good but i think it would have been even better if they decide not to nerf 3 of his mechanic 3 months ago. 1. 2nd skill instant recharge passive on creeps or minions. Beig able to instant recharge is good for better farming, it makes his jungling role viable. It was broken so it got nerfed to only work on heroes. I believe it would be better if he gets half the recharge value when used against creep or minions. Nake the dnaage higher again for warly game poke. 2. Passive recharge on towers. Dont need to explain tgis further. 3. Ultimate healing removed on creeps nad minions. This is the problem. Overall, they perfected his late game potential to the max but nerf his early to mid to the extreme. 2nd skill damage needs to be high again for early game poke and thats it. I used him a lot lately and i see his potential and aspects that made him overpowered. Even after the early game damage nerf i realized how deadly his early game damage would be if had the same damage if old 2nd skill. I use my own strategy playstyle to counter exp laners by using execute and tank emblem damage, inspire is not needed all the time anymore because of his new ultimate mechanic.
That the problem is,he will shine on lategame on high rank enemy have a very good composition skill and strategy..reaching lategame is hard with the current argus..least previous argus damage never disappoint me.. that's it for now
@TakiyArgus he is more problematic to deal with in late game, enemies will have to either stay at base to keep the base protected from a split pusher or be forced to 1v1 him in late game. His kit on 1v1 is improved a lot now that his passive can be spammed outpacing the enemies regeneration in a 1v1. Also the 8 seconds extender ultimate is very helpful in team fighting. He gets to jump in first do damage and soak up all of the enemies ultimate, it gives room for teammates to gank (though this works when playing with friends and solo q can be difficult since players do not know how to synchronize with Argus play style) I'm looking forward to this Argus gameplay, it feels more flexible to what battle spell I can use now, execute, sprint, and flicker are viable options for argus in the long run compared to before.
He is more like a team fight hero now and he can't even splite push now and nerf on his 2nd skill is totally unnecessary idk how moontoon call it a buff plus going against tanky fighters hero like Thamuz , Terizla, Yuzhong is kinda hard now and i still haven't understand how his ulty works.
He was perfect, teamfight, solo, split push, farm, everything, even his win rate was high, why the trashy revamp? I used to have 76% win rate and 203 matches mythical glory this season until the trash revamp came...he was already perfect maybe only movement speed buff to his ult and thats it no need for a whole revamp!😢
