New fan here and just started following you guys last week! Really love the recipes details and for being awesome with explaining not only the processs but why you add this or that! Keep it up! Would love to see a Dunkel Munich or schwarzbier!!!
Cheers Heath! We love hearing that people are getting value out of these vids, makes it all worth it for us. Yeah stay tuned we have something in the works for Oktoberfest 😉
I'm glad you leave the mistakes in, it shows that even experienced brewers aren't infallible! Do you guys do anything to filter the beer other than cold crashing? I can only imagine the amount of material floating around with a schooner of hops going in at dry hop.
Cheers dude! Absolutely it’s only a true mistake if you don’t learn from it, otherwise how else can you learn to make better beer! And yeah we have an in-line filter called a bouncer, Will drop a link below. Basically just a fine mesh to prevent a whole bunch of hops getting through and blocking the dip tube in the keg beerco.com.au/products/boucer-inline-filter-for-home-brewing?_pos=2&_sid=c157d5364&_ss=r
@@flyingwombattv I make a lot of mistakes I learn from... Probably more from just not paying attention to what I'm doing haha. Thanks for the tip on the filter
