I'm absolutely made up for you. A straightforward brew day, no massive issues. Brilliant, you deserve it, you always kept your chin up on the bad days. Awesome 👍😁

Great stuff. Just discovered your channel. Wish i had discovered a few months back as i am just going through registering as a brewery in my own garage. What happened with your food hygiene rating? I didnt think it was needed as not serving directly to customers and cant find you on the FSA register, but just sent a registration off from watching your video.

You sell kegs to bars and restaurants ? Is it profitable to not have a tap room? Wanting to start a brewery and thought about starting out the same way to get my beer/name out there. Thanks

@@billnova1 it’s definitely the best way to start out, it is profitable but that depends on a lot of factors. Starting small has helped me build my confidence, my customer base and reputation. Happy to face time if you need a hand or want to talk about it 🍻

You should always have these heaters in reserve, it is not uncommon for them to burn out. They are not expensive but waiting for them can be expensive.

@@ПЕКИ-ц8в lesson learned and I do now, but fortunately, the shop 2 minutes away stocks them (I’m very lucky)!
