All the songs used in Sword Art Online are certified bangers. My personal favorite is the 8th one called Anima by ReoNA.
LiSA also performs other amazing openings from this anime like the 1st one called Crossing Field or the 5th one called Adamas; definitely worth checking out.
Lisa-san has really grown throughout her journey as an artist. I remember listening to her first 2010 song Ichiban No Takaramono when she was only a newly introduced unknown artist. All i could say was wow, the song was sooo sad, the lyrics coveyed the emotions of what fans of the anime it was played in was feeling. Combining both a sad scene and an authentic sad song propelled her popularity.
But her first main song that really showed her talents was Crossing field in 2013, debut for the first opening of a very popular anime. The same anime that became a movie which another song catch the moment was also specifically chosen to put into on the First Take. Unlasting itself is also put inside most recent Season 3 of Sword Art Online.

I bet he would love ReoNa's 'Niji no Kanata ni' in THE FIRST TAKE. There's so much to analyze, ReoNa's vibrato is so damn beautiful and the amount of emotion she puts into her songs is in a level of its own. For me, even slightly higher than LiSa on that regard, together with Minami. There's just something special in the way they voice their feelings
I follow many great singers from all over the world but the only one i want to meet atleast once in my life is her. She is out of this world.

Oh my God! this song is one of my favorites. Please master also react to Niji No Kanata by Singer Reona, also on the The First Take channel. This song is also in the anime Sword Art Online, it appears in one of the saddest moments of the main characters

When she perform the verse part, her breathe sound make you feel that it's cold in inside her. like singing in the snow winter.
It's a sad song, and she use her every voice style to perform the emotion "sad" very well.
Also the lyric "I am happy, but somehow lonely. Because my love is bigger than you" is the best part hit my heart.
Maybe someone better than me at japanese can correct me, but I think this is a mistranslation. What's bigger is her loneliness, not her love. I think a better translation is something like
"Even though I'm happy, somehow im lonelier than you, it's all my love's fault"
Edit: actually I thought about this some more. I'm wrong. it just sounded awkward to me in English. 😅
@@Maledicus The first sentence "幸せなのに、どこかで寂しいのは" means Even though she is happy, somehow she feel lonely.
The next sentence "あなたよりも大きな、わたしの愛のせい" means she paid more love into it than him.
Love is always unfair. no one can say we paid equal love to each other. The bigger one who paid could get that feeling. So that's the mean she want to say.

what i love about lisa is that she doesn't allow herself to do just one technique that is sure to win over anyone. she does things that would be seen and mic noise or would make other artist retake to avoid that but you know when she whisper a big sound is gonna come, ansdit takes your breath away.

Great reaction! LiSA is so amazing. If you'd like to see something live of hers, there's a lot of options, and maybe someone better versed than me could suggest, but I think her performances of Ichiban no Takaramono are amazing. There's a couple out there. One of them is subtitled, but in that one, she loses control of her emotions (she wasn't kidding when in Homura she said she put all of her emotions into it, just like in a live show!) but still manages to finish the song. The other version she is a bit on the edge of losing her emotions but doesn't. She's pretty amazing on stage. She literally sounds like she does in studio, if not better. Shirushi is really impressive too.
