People are shocked at the price but this house has a great history it even has its Wikipedia page loll. It was built in 1936 and was Marylin Monroe's favorite home, there is even a private entrance in a tunnel that was built for her when there were too many paparazzi. Cher lived here at parties for the Grammys and for Beyonce and Jay z we had here. This house has been used for the shoots of great Hollywodian films ... So we pay for the history of the house in addition to the place

There is nothing cheap or fake about this house. It was built in a different era in America, in 1936. And unlike in Italy, which is fantastic in it's own way, you have 10 acres of the most desirable land in a city that is home to the worlds entertainment industry, along with tech, aerospace, fashion, etc.
