This sales video started off so promisingly. Then the absurd and unnecessary addition of wooden actors completely ruined any appeal. Stunning home worth, at most, USD75,000,000. I hope a wonderful family buys this magnificent home and creates pleasant memories which last forever.
I have to say, the home sells itself. No need for embellishments. Focus on the details instead. Would have loved to see this home in its entirety. Maybe worth a go on the video.
As a stationery designer, it excites me to see that writing in a journal is displayed here as a past time of the 1% uber rich! She’s probably writing her goals down which very few of us do...oh yeah and gorgeous home as always!
Why is there this nonsense yellow filter on the film... it totally takes away from the natural beauty of the weather and the natural colour of the estate
I actually kind of like the video. It gives some idea of the scale of this house, and how a family might live in it. Does anyone know what this song is called?
People are shocked at the price but this house has a great history it even has its Wikipedia page loll. It was built in 1936 and was Marylin Monroe's favorite home, there is even a private entrance in a tunnel that was built for her when there were too many paparazzi. Cher lived here at parties for the Grammys and for Beyonce and Jay z we had here. This house has been used for the shoots of great Hollywodian films ... So we pay for the history of the house in addition to the place
Everytime I saw houses like that, I always wonder, what would be the life of those who will live there on their last day there? Could it be happy, divorce, or worse?
You can Buy 100 properties like this in Italy in the ''real thing'' countryside or provences for that same amount of money...and the best part is that it would be all real solid true historical hand made and not cheap fake walls roofs etc etc
There is nothing cheap or fake about this house. It was built in a different era in America, in 1936. And unlike in Italy, which is fantastic in it's own way, you have 10 acres of the most desirable land in a city that is home to the worlds entertainment industry, along with tech, aerospace, fashion, etc.
Yes, but then you're like in Italy. The whole point of someone buying this is the pretense. A bit of Italy without ever leaving the modern conveniences of Los Angeles.

1 acre in holmby hills is worth 14 mil usd, when you buy this house you get 10 acres
Apparently worth $115,000,000 cause someone just bought it

Of course. She's his third wife. He's looking for #4.

There's a video by Erik Conover where he tours almost the whole house
Maybe one of the greatest real estate commercials ever, sincerely.

Stunning estate, horrible presentation. This deserves a detailed clip showing the beauty of the grounds, rooms and location.

This is my favorite mega-estate in LA, bummer someone bought Chartwell over Owlwood...
Little did we know, these are actually the ghosts that currently reside and come with the property.
Such a beautiful estate
What movie is this? I thought I was going to look at a house.
Best interior shots.great house and grounds.id offer 65 million for it if Cher came with it.

I think the house is good, but the cinematic is really good. Does she come with the house?
Biggest fail in promotions EVER! I did not see one bedroom, no idea of the size and look of the kitchen and bedrooms... What a shame!
Bond style home
Who are these people, and do they come included with the sale of the property?
Too short, I would like to see more of this house.
Classic beautiful house. New Rolls-Royce seems to be an upstart and isn't suitable.

Looks alot like Cher's old house.
Lol at the video looking like a Drama Series. Who killed the maid?
I'm not feeling the chemistry between them at all.
Beautiful house - creepy video. Woman waiting around for older man , sexist cliche. So perfect I guess.
