What I personally do is study everyday for 5-6 hours and then take a day off every now and then. I dont even touch my books on that day. It keeps me sane and also gives me a chance to study efficiently. Breaks are must in between work, otherwise you may start hating that very thing.
This habit of Procrastination after College is messing up 😢 everything! I also have to just get out 🫸🏻 of this shit by not waiting for that day ✨ when i will feel energetic ⚡,fresh & motivated enough to sit on table to study in evening after lunch & rest ! That day didn't come yet 😕 Bro & i think 💬 it won't come so i have ti take action even i am feeling lethargic every day after coming from College
