    We're in a disposable society, unfortunately. This is nothing new: why target Apple?

      Well Patagonia is really cutting into their bottom line BY NOT encouraging disposable Patagonia products and working to recycle and re-use re-purpose their stuff and have FOR DECADES

      creating a false separation between Apple and Patagonia may be a smart marketing decision for the owner of Patagonia...apparently... in my opinion doing so might conceal the risk of underestimate the intelligence of the customers of both companies... with harmful results... Patagonia is not different from Apple when what counts the most is profitability... and this is perfectly understandable
