sounds cliche af but: journaling, time in nature, and taking a break! sometimes we just need a break lol.
The collections was hard to see on the headband it could have been the lighting in that clip but it looked great maybe center crown a bit more. Glad to see you are still getting with it even when you’re taking a break from RUclips which everyone needs a break from social media regularly to get their minds right and just focus on other things.
